Playground

The River Falls Playground is located immediately outside the main pool gate at 7915 Horseshoe Lane, Potomac, Maryland 20854.

The Playground features swings, seating areas for supervising adults, plus an attractive collection of playground equipment for smaller children. Immediately south of the playground are two outside asphalt basketball courts.

Use of the Playground and basketball facilities is restricted to RFCCA members in good standing. Basketball courts are first come, first served and all facilities are subject to the RFCCA Rules and Regulations published in the handbook given to all members. Please note the following:

All RFCCA members should take pride in the grounds and facilities of our Community Center and do their part to assure that RFCCA property and facilities continue to fulfill our recreational and security needs. The following rules apply to the RFCCA area: Only RFCCA members and their guests are permitted to use the facilities and green spaces. RFCCA is not River Falls neighborhood property. RFCCA grounds are closed to everyone after 9:00 p.m., except for those persons attending an RFCCA-approved special event. No persons shall congregate after closing at the Community Center or on any RFCCA grounds. Please instruct and encourage your family to use RFCCA facilities properly, to report suspicious activity, and, if appropriate, to contact the police for their immediate attention. Pets are allowed only on the Community Center's paved and grassy areas, outside of the pool and tennis courts and must be restrained and thoroughly cleaned-up after. Place trash in designated trash containers and help clean up after others. Park cars and bicycles in designated areas. Do not park in the basketball court area unless directed to do so and do not ride bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, etc. on the tennis courts or playing fields. Off road vehicles are not permitted on any of the RFCCA fields or courts.
