River Falls Field Reservation Request

Submit a field rental request for River Falls Community Club. Payment is collected at the time of submission. All bookings are subject to availability confirmation by club staff.

Rental Type(Required)

This rental type requires Grounds Governor approval. Please fill out your contact information and event details below and submit this form. Justin will follow up with you directly to discuss availability and fees. No payment will be collected today.

Select the season your rental falls in. This determines the applicable fee schedule.

For seasonal rentals, enter the last date of your weekly recurring rental.

Day of Week (Seasonal)(Required)

Seasonal rentals are one day per week for the duration of the season.

Seasonal - 4:00p to 5:00p ($200)

Price:

Seasonal weekly rental, 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM slot.

Seasonal - 5:00p to 6:00p ($250)

Price:

Seasonal weekly rental, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM slot.

Seasonal - 6:00p to 7:30p Spring ($300)

Price:

Seasonal weekly rental, 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM or sunset. Spring season rate.

Seasonal - 6:00p to 7:30p Fall ($150)

Price:

Seasonal weekly rental, 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM or sunset. Fall season rate.

Single Use - 2 Hours or Less ($25)

Price:

Single use rental, 2 hours or less.

Single Use - 2 to 4 Hours ($40)

Price:

Single use rental, 2 to 4 hours.
